DVELOPMENT HISTORY

1944------ Founder, Mr. Kikuchi Kosei established the SANSUI Electric Plant (private) and produced transformers;

1947------ Established SANSUI Electric Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 180,000 yen;

1954------ Production and sale of the first generation of electronic tube amplifier (high fidelity) HPR-100;

1957------Started production of pre-main amplifiers for export;

1959------Introduced Japan's first tube preamplifier SM-88 (stereo pre-stage;)

1961------Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange;

1964------Produced the first receiver SAX-100, SAX-200;

1965------Launched the first pre-main amplifier AU-111 known as the black panel ancestor;

1966------Launched Komiko network amplifier SP-100, SP-200, established SANSUI Electronics Co., Ltd. in the United States in the same year;

1967------Launched new solid-state preamplifier AU-777 using silicon transistors;

1969-----Capital stock increased to 1.2 billion yen;

1970-----Qs4 channel amplifier QS-1 stock is listed on the first section of the Tokyo and Osaka Stock Exchange;

1974------The founder Mr. KIKOSHI retired;

1976------Launched 07 Series AV-607, AV-707 products;

1979------Introduced new technology diamond separation circuit;

1980------Developed a super feed-forward circuit and established SANSUI Electronics Co., Ltd. in Germany in the same year;

1981------Introduced new technology super FF circuit;

1986------Introduced new technology Alpha X-balanced circuit;

1987------Introduction of a new brand model and established a corporate identity image;

1989------ Signed a joint venture cooperation agreement with PPTOLC;

1990------ Started production of video cassette recorders and acquired "Capeeronic" series  from the PPT;

1991------Started production of "SANSUI club series" high-fidelity mini desktop combination products;

1992------Sale of all Capeeronis shares;

1993------Semiconductor Technology (Global) Co., Ltd. obtained shares from PPT and established SANSUI International Co., Ltd. in HongKong to serve international market;

1994 ------China's SANSUI factory in Shenzhen city began production of "Alpha series" high-fidelity combination CD-AL707XHDCD machine, MD-AL707X tube amplifier 3-29;

1995------ Headquarter relocated to Tokyo, Japan, in the fiftieth anniversary SANSUI had launched high-fidelity combination product CD-AL707XHDCD.

1998------ Headquarter relocated to Shin-Yo Kohama, and the International Marketing Department moved from Hong Kong to Shin-Yo Kohama;

1999------Valve-type pre-main amplifier AV-111 won the award for excellence in Japan's amplifier product category. The same year, Grande Holding controlled the SANSUI and AKAI;

2000------The company established NaKs Group, its brands Asian NaKs, Japan NaKs, US Microsoft Corporation NaKs Technology and NaKs Europe has established branch offices and R&D centers in more than 80 countries and regions;

2001------Launched several product series such as Shanshui Audio to the Chinese market through joint venture;

2002------To establish a comprehensive cooperation relationship with the United States and Canada. Launched the distinguished flagship series F1 and F2 products;

2003------SANSUI Electronics (China) Co., Ltd. was established, marking the formal full-scale entry of SANSUI products into the Chinese market;

2004------ SANSUI Brand held its 60th anniversary celebration in China and successfully signed the Hong Kong famous tri-circle star Louis Koo as the brand image spokesperson. In the same year, SANSUI invested HK$16 billion and established the world’s largest 46 inch PDP R&D base in Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Xiamen. And established a PDP, LCD TV sales network in mainland China.

2007-----The SANSUI flooded heavily into the field of mobile communications, launching SANSUI mobile phones;

2008-----Shanxi began to enter the small household electrical appliance industry, and make a new definition fo life appliances with the concept of fashion and high quality;

2009----- After several years of secret development, the company officially entered the IT industry and produced SANSUI laptop computers and related products.

2010-----Entered to opto electronic products industry, began to produce SANSUI DV / DC, in the same year at November, began to enter the automotive electronics industry;

2011-----Was awarded the executive vice president of the China Council for the Promotion of Economics and Trade. In the same year, SANSUI was awarded "China's Most Potential Enterprise" by the China Council for the Promotion of Economics and Trade;

2012-----SANSUI digital products officially launched and at front rank in the Tmall, Jingdong and other platforms;

2014-----Introduced the most advanced SMT production line to enhance the competitiveness of SANSUI's brand family products;

2016-----SANSUI launched ultra-thin 4K TV, leading the new thin TV technology;

2017-----Establish long-term cooperation and strategic relationship with Guangzhou TEMEISHENG Professinoal Sound Group;
